Tools also will be given for creative visualization to think, feel and visualize your wants and desires. During mediation, you will become very relaxed and neither aware, asleep, nor dreaming. But your blood pressure, your heart rate and your breathing will become slowed, as if you were in a deep sleep...much like exercising.
